Call Out Fees
Minimum Fee
The minimum call out fee will include the 1st hour of our engineers time
There will then be a hourly charge of £60 + VAT
charged in 30 minute increments
These fees are for 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
£90 + VAT
Operating Areas
Our engineers cover a 5 mile radius from Hertford for emergency call outs
For emergencies outside of this range please contact our office
Out Of Hours Emergency
Minimum call out fee applies from 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri
If you require our services outside of these hours additional charges will apply
5pm - 8am Mon - Fri £150 + VAT
All Hours Sat - Sun £180 + VAT
The fee will include the 1st hour of our engineers time
There will then be a hourly charge of £80 + VAT

Fixed priced safety checks
Gas Safety CP12
We provide a fixed cost CP12 in the Hertford area this includes 2 Appliances Eg Boiler, Gas hob
CP12 - £70 + VAT
CP12 + Boiler service - £140 + VAT
Additional Appliances are charged at £10 per appliance
Any boiler parts needed will be charged as extra
We provide fixed cost inspections for both Gas Safety & EICR reports and are able to carry out any necessary repairs/alterations.
EICR
We also provide fixed cost EICR reports in the Hertford area this includes 6 circuits Eg Lights x 2 , Sockets x2, Cooker circuit, Boiler circuit
£150 + VAT
For each additional circuit there will be an added charge of £30
